JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Cellar operations: CIP/SIP FV+BBT, CO2 purging

  • Raw material handling: dry hopping, fruit/adjunct additions

  • Product handling: transfer, clarification

  • Yeast handling: harvest, pitching, counting

  • FV gravity, pH, temperature readings

  • Lab Assistance: Sterile sample collection

  • Production record keeping

  • Product sensory analysis

  • Cleaning, scrubbing, and organization of the facility

  • Forklift, scissor lift operation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of brewery experience

  • Formal brewing education is a plus, but not required

  • Strong understanding of beer science, brewery technology, and brewery operations

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Ability to frequently lift 44lb

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • eXPERIENCE WITH OPERATION OF CENTRIFUGE AND/OR ROLEC HOP CANNON A PLUS

  • Must be 21+ 

PAY AND BENEFITS

  • $21.00-$22.75/hour DOE

  • 4-Day work week
