ACCOUNT MANAGER (cO mOUNTAIN TERRITORY)

The Account Manager promotes the brands of 4 Noses Brewing, Wild Provisions and Odd13 Brewing by interacting with established on and off-premise customers and developing new customers within the State of Colorado, primarily along the I-70 Corridor, Mountain towns, and the Western Slope. This position is responsible for ensuring that a sales approach is being delivered clearly and effectively and that sales goals are met by strategically increasing sales volumes. In order to forge meaningful impressions, this position involves a considerable amount of time in the field building relationships as well as visiting & educating accounts. An Account Manager also organizes and represents the brewery at on-premise events. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop key accounts
Maintain current relationships within the assigned territory
Educate, present, and sample with partners & accounts on new & existing products
Cultivate meaningful relationships with our Distributor Partners in the assigned territory
Schedule regular “ride alongs” with distributor reps
Visit accounts daily within assigned territory
Develop relationships with all potential accounts within the assigned territory
Analyze territory sales numbers to direct and guide personal activities and efforts
Regular participation in brewery endorsed events, promotions, etc.
Propose strategies for expanding territory accounts
Assist in logically coordinating deliveries from the brewery in Denver at intervals that make sense
Communicate directly with distributor sales reps to develop our brand in the market
Pull and run and meaningful reports to increase sales in the territory
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must, must, must love beer - tasting beer, talking about beer and sharing beer.
Two years experience in brewery sales, wholesaler sales, restaurant or bar management, and/or business-to-business sales
Strong Planning and Organizational Skills
Self-Motivated
Ability to manage time and priorities in an effective and efficient manner
Natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Ability to navigate difficult situations with partners, accounts, and other employees
Strong computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, email, G-Suite)
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to track and monitor progress in all identified accounts
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Have reliable transportation
Ability to occasionally deliver beer
Flexible hours
PAY AND BENEFITS
$50,000-$70,000 expected after base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses
